Custom Data Retention

Configure retention periods from 7 to 365 days to meet your internal compliance and regulatory requirements. While our default policy prioritizes immediate deletion, enterprise customers can define granular data lifecycles.

Negotiated per-credit rates with committed usage discounts and annual billing. We offer flexible pricing models tailored to high-volume investigations and automated production pipelines.

Priority Support

Enterprise includes an account owner, onboarding, and scheduled operating reviews. Incident response times and dedicated support channels are defined in the signed order form rather than implied by the plan name.

SSO & SCIM

SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO are available for Enterprise organizations using Okta, Microsoft Entra, Auth0, Google Workspace, or another compatible identity provider. SSO providers are organization-scoped and require domain verification. SCIM is a managed onboarding option, not a self-service entitlement.

Access complete, immutable audit logs for all API activity and account modifications. Logs can be streamed directly to your SIEM (Splunk, Datadog) or exported for compliance reviews.
